The # of characters on the engraving should be increased to at least 25 characters and the letters should be printed larger. The two tone stethoscopes would be much better without the rainbow finish. Other than that, good service.

Great product all around .... from purchase to the door !

Seems very nice but a little heavy. It came on time fir my son graduation Thanks He hast not tried yet. I have cardiac 2 It is being good so far

I got a competitive price, swift shipping of merchandise. However, upon arrival it was the wrong product but staff at Customer Service got it to me by the next day!

Speed with which order was filled and shipped was breathtaking. Price was competitive. Only quibble is that the engraved name on the head of the stethoscope was much smaller than it appeared on the web site, almost hard to see, all caps would have been a slight improvement.

Fits and works great. Fast shipping re I ever 3 sat after order. Only issue was ordered grey parts and recieved black

Product worked well. Putting the new diaphragm on was challenging and at first I thought it might not be the proper size. But persistence won out and the sounds are great.

The item was sent promptly and received by the date as stated. There has never been any response to my request attached to my order. Other than that, I would order from them again. Their shipping price was cheaper than another company's. Their prices were a little bit higher than their competitor but when you factored both the shipping and the item cost, they won for price.
