Easy ordering and product came very quickly!

I couldn't have been happier with the representative on the phone. this was a very special Christmas gift to the girl in my son's life who is in the R.N. program. My son's 11 year old boy's mother passed away in May. It has been a tragic nightmare. This special girl has stepped up to the plate with my son and grandson and I had engraved on the burgundy stethoscope "Guard Your Heart" with a note; "Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life." Proverbs 4:23 The rep helped me with the color because on-line it is bright red, which was not what I wanted. Sure enough, it was a rich deep color that is classic. It was here in 2 days, in time for Christmas and was such a meaningful gift. She was of course very familiar with the brand and was very touched by the sentiment. I am impressed with the speed of fulfillment. While I am not familiar with the products and am not in the field, my son is an up and coming EMS professional. I placed my order based on recommendations from others in healthcare and EMS positions. Now I am excited to present him with a custom engraved stethoscope for his birthday and I couldn’t be any happier. I know he will love it.

Placed an order for a personalized stethoscope, it shipped out the next day! Unfortunately, communication from the shipping facility indicated it had not moved for a week ("delayed"). I emailed customer service and received a response within hours, they confirmed and placed another order to be sent next day (personalized, as well!) at their expense. The replacement did not show up on the next day, and I received another email from customer service that they were tracking as well, and would monitor to make sure it was delivered. It was delivered the following day just in time to give to my daughter who was moving out of state to begin a new life adventure, Seriously, just as our family was exchanging gifts! It says not to put names in a review, so I won't mention his name but it is definitely in keeping with the Holiday spirit and he was a blessing to our family. Thank you.
