At first there was a shipping problem with FedEx but it was resolved and product reshaped over night no extra they treated me extremely good very pleased look forward to doing more business with them

Ordered a master cardiology stethoscope and had some issues with the stickiness of the tube. I called and left a message and emailed and had a pretty quick response. They replaced the stethoscope not once but twice and then ultimately had to change to a different kind. They did send a prepaid slip to send the other stethoscopes back. Very good customer service. I would recommend them to everyone.
