Product doesn't fit properly and didn't have "cover" for "bell" head. So $19.00 for nothing.

The rim piece fits but not with the diaphragm piece. The diaphragm keeps bubbling and would not lay flat with the new rim. I would not purchase this combo again. I was able to use my old diaphragm piece.

I placed an order and paid for express 1 to 2 day shipping, four days later I contact customer service asking for them to look into it and here a week after my order I still haven't heard from them or received my order. They are in Boston, Ma I'm in Pa even regular shipping shouldn't take a week.

you are asking me to review a product that you never checked to see if I received the product--- WHICH I HAVE NOT--- please get me this product, and then I will review it properly.

This thermometer measures one's temperature at exactly 1.5 degrees high when compared with other ADC 427 thermometers of two R.N.s friends of mine. I would not buy again.

I am not happy with my product at all you all need to explain on your web site that it is not delivered to you already engraved and you also need to tell people that you will have you pay extra to get it engraved. Not happy with it at all would not suggested people to buy it.
