Was supposed to be engraved with my wife’s name on blue rubber area. You can’t even see her name where it’s engraved, which makes that part pretty much useless.

Hi Tony, Stethoscope.com does not engrave on the tubing. This process can be destructive to the tubing and can cause harmful vapors during the engraving process. There are other distributors who may engrave tubing we just have elected not to. When ordering the product, the rendering drawing appeared showing where the engraving would be on the chestpiece.
