Very fast service, excellent product!

I ordered a stethoscope to give to my son as a gift. I requested that it be etched. After the order was filled, they sent me a photo of the etching. Oh boy, I noticed right away that a mistake was made. I notified your company, are nd received a call from a lovely woman, who said she would rectify the error immediately. By the next day, the new stethoscope was on it’s way! I couldn’t have been happier. Not only was the problem remedied immediately, but the woman who called me (I wish I remembered her name), was so kind and a pleasure to speak with. I am a very happy customer!

New stethoscope is improved over last (was cardiology III, now IV): a little shorter, feels more firm, and wide color choices are awesome. I had my name monographed on it, which was a nice option.

I refurbished my long-used Littmann Cardiology III s'scope with the parts kit for the Classic III / Cardiology IV and it worked great. Fair price, reasonable shipping, excellent product. Thanks, Stethoscope dot com.
