I never came the stethoscop. I search the track and i went to the USPS local office. They told me it was sent whitout andress to delivery. I want my money back!!!

U can't really see the engraved name of my dougther. Very small latters. But u sure can see the engraved company name right next to dougther small engraved. I dint like the fact you guys engraved in big letters the company name

i am still waiting for package at this time. went to the facility for it to be pick up. but they could not find my package. the manager told me that he is going to call me back. but it has been two days already and no follow up with me. i just want my package to be delivered and if not they should find it. the insurance given is not enough and will not compensate the purchased that i made.

Never received what I ordered

I got the stethoscope in the box that was missing the wrapping. I wonder if the stethoscope was used before and returned. I put the battery and tried using it , as soon as I put the stethoscope in contact with or patient chest it turned off. I was very disappointed, to find out I can't even use it. It does not work. Clearly it's something wrong with the electronic inside. I am retuning it right away.
