spare parts worked fine. Only complaint is my stethoscope model was not listed specifically. I had to guess a little when deciding which parts would work. Maybe you could list even more models for the spare parts, or provide measurements which could help determine if the parts will fit.

The quality of the product is great, but I do wish that you could put more than 20 characters with customization. Also- shipping price is a little steep, but not terrible.

Very easy to find what I wanted on your website, but the shipping/handling expense seemed a bit much.

Price was higher then some, a little slow on shipping, but quality products littman is the go to stethoscope, I like the upgraded bell diaphragm.
