I bought this for my grandaughter who is taking an EMT course. She wanted a blue stethascope, I have always had a Lipman and I loved it, She was a little nervous about the blood pressuure procedure and I told her,practice makes perfect, The stethascope arrived shortly and she loves it ans is going around taking blood presures and auscultating all her friends. She is quite thrilled. I would have had it personalized but , I was afraid she would drop out of the course. Can I do that later? Service was terrific. Thanks

Difficult to contact. I was not able to set one order once. No one reply the email. A second time I was able to place the order. I got the email confirmation, credit card was charged. I wrote to have information about the order since I could not found in the site. No one reply. Now I got an email saying the order was canceled because they did not delivery in hotels. If this policy was more explicit before I could have order from other site.

Did not get what I ordered.

After less than a year of getting the litman electronic stethoscope, it literally stopped working. Waste of money! PLEASE DO NOT BUY . YOU ARE BETTER OFF BUYING A REGULAR STETHOSCOPE. My previous stethoscope I used for almost a decade - wanted to go fancy and boy I totally regret doing this!

I ordered a Littmann Cardiology IV Stethoscope on August 7th and when the package finally arrived on August 18th, instead of finding my stethoscope, I found a pair of drum sticks! This is ridiculous!! This is the first time I shop at this website and will definitely NOT do it ever again. They are highly unprofessional.

So, I placed an order on June 2, 2017. The transaction was pending and then disappeared off of my online banking. No item was received. No further info was sent as far as the purchase being cancelled or shipped or anything. I'm not sure if I'm receiving an item or not. So, my experience has been pretty crappy.

If they have certain policies with specific addresses, they should not let the costumer place an order in the first place, not after placing the order a day later. I ended up buying the parts I needed from Amazon, with a better price (3M itself recommended me to do this)

I paid for first class shipping but I never got stethoscope and never feed back. No news from the seller. No refunds. They don't care about their customers. Wasted 135 dollars!
