I just received my stethoscope and loved the color. The engraving is sooo small you need a magnifying glass to see it, not worth the cost. Now I still have to find a way to have it marked properly, very disappointed.

Easy to use website and found all I needed. Items shipped quickly but the cost of shipping was too high. $10 for a diaphragm and two ear pieces seems a little much! If the shipping cost was more reasonable they would get 5 stars

In the picture online of the emerald Classic III Se, it looks like a pretty dark blue or turquoise color. However, when I actually saw it in person I realized it's a hideous green color with no blue at all. It's a great functioning stethoscope but I'm just very disappointed with the color I would return it for the light blue but I have my name engraved.

I would suggest to use something else other than USPS for your delivery.

As I said... quick, reliable, but shipping cost was beyond excessive.

Ordered online and it said there was qty available. This was planned for a xmas gift and it was canceled. Luckily I was able to order somewhere else and it arrived on time for xmas. (And I saved money too!) However they did call and email me promptly to let me know. So overall I was pleased with the prompt communications from them and the follow up again the following day. If the item was in stock I have a fairly good feeling things would have gone well seeing the customer service received though.

Only disappointment is that there was no ready available guide to measuring and selecting length and I mistakenly ordered and received wrong g size. I paid for monogramming so I assume I can't return it for exchange. I'll have to get along with 22 inch rather than a 27 inch. It may seem stupid not know how to measure a stethoscope but I didn't know if the measure was overall length or tubing g length. The tubing on my old Littman Cardiology III is exactly 22 inches. Had I measured the overall length from curve apex of ear pieces to distal edge of the head maybe I'd have realized it was 27 inches.
