The quality of the product ordered looks good. The packaging wasn't that great. The items were falling out of the box that was rubber banded together. This isn't good for presentation which is why this was ordered.

My package was sent to reading than to Philadelphia and I love in Lancaster when I called usps they said your company put the wrong address. So I received it late.

I thought I ordered the all black head but it turns out it had the silver color with the black diaphragm. They should be more clear on the color notation. When I called and left a message for a call back, no one gave me a call. That is not good service.

So by mistake I put the wrong zipcode in the order and the USPS sent the order back to the sender, I contacted Stethoscope.com and they told me as soon as they received it they will overnight it. I still haven't received it but am patiently waiting. Side note: there was this conflict with USPS says they were going to redirect it to the correct post office when in reality they just shipped it back to the sender. So this is really frustrating what could have taken 2 day has now taken like a week to resolve. So we will wait and see!

Jessica, We have yet to receive package back from Post Office( 5.18.15) as soon as it arrives it will be re-shipped to corrected address Express Mail.

I purchased this stethoscope because it was just time for a new one; though, as a neurosurgeon, I don't use it to the level of other specialties. It is a very nice one though; however, the engraving looks quite cheap, I must say.

I had bought a previous stethoscope was extremely happy with engraving and delivery. Second stethoscope was a birthday gift expected the same engraving but it wasn't engraved just what looks like a stamped on name.

Ordering online was easy and my order shipped within hours (even with engraving). But when my daughter received her stethoscope, it was a surprise gift, it wasn't the color that I ordered! I asked her if she wanted me to have it replaced but she said it was fine.
