cancel my order, because dont send to my address

there was a problem with my order; sent a polite inquiry, and received an automated response only. Odd thing, it was not a response separate from my inquiry but a sentence added to my query.

Still have not received my order

Disappointed. I did a last minute order for an engraved stethoscope for my son home on leave from the Army for Christmas. It promised delivery by December 24th. Well Christmas morning and still no stethoscope.. he leaves back to his duty station tomorrow and without his gift.

i haven't received my order yet!! Its been over 2 weeks!!

Wrong product sent. I tried to call number provided on packing slip and had to leave a voice mail message with my name and number. No reply received and it's been over a week.

Been using them for years and service WAS top notch. The latest purchase experience was far below expectations and I will no longer use them. Product received was obviously a return or refurb as parts were missing and the protective film over the display was missing. Then the replacement has still not arrived after 5 days. I called them and Paul, the CS rep's attitude was not acceptable and doesn't get that physician's need this tool and it's a high priority. I DON'T recommend them. Look elsewhere. They really let me down.

This is my first purchase with you and am appalled to the core.I opted for a two day delivery and paid the associated cost but it's almost a week and I have still not received my purchase. Awful customer service.😡😡😡
