My new stethoscope (cardiology iv) had a year in one of the ear pieces. I emailed stethoscope.com and they had a replacement on its way within 2 hours. Very good customer service.

I ordered pearl pink and the shade of the actual stethoscope does not match the picture. Engraving is beautiful though!

I will like to send my shop to PO box, this time I have the opportunity that a friend of mine goes to Texas, but not always happen.

What is this rating based on

Price was on the low end of average. Delivery was fast and as expected. No defects in the item. They allow more characters on their engraving than others do at a comparable price. I wish the website had a more accurate image of the actual stethoscope I had bought and what the engraving would look like. I put my email address on it and ordered all caps because I thought it would be easier to read, but Because of the way it's engraved, I can see all lowercase would have been better. A better visualization would have helped me choose exactly the right thing, instead of almost perfect. I would buy from them again and recommend them highly.

Over priced but it did the job it was intended to do. In deference to stethoscope.com I imagine the price was reflective of Litmans pricing
