Not sure of the product, I still haven’t received it. I was supposed to have it by Friday according to the tracking. According to the tracking it has only made it from the shipper in MA to Elk Grove Village IL in 6 days

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT HAVE YOUR ITEM ENGRAVED. They pass it on as a value to your purchase, but they do not tell you it’s how they will refuse to return your item. Bought a $100 stethoscope for someone who decided they did not want it. I paid extra for the engraving. Never opened the package they sent. Now I have $100 paper weight.

I still have not received my product, which is a Christmas gift for my husband. I’m very upset.

I ordered the product that was showing as available on line. They told me it was not available after all but they have a similar one. I requested to be sent the similar one. They refunded me $8.46 then told me that was a mistake and the refund was meant to be only for $3. Therefore they asked me to send them the $5.46 which apparently had been over refunded. Time is precious and to ask your clients to spend their time managing your mistakes is not good business. In short, the whole process was cumbersome and time consuming. More over, they advertise as stethoscope.ca but they are located in the USA. One disappointment after another. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

I paid 38 dollars for 1-2 day shipping and it took over a week for it to still come in😡

They said they don’t ship to frieght forwarding companies and cancelled my order.
