Stethoscope is good for the price. Engraving is too small. Hard to see. Good shipping time.

I ordered the 27" Bronze Litman cardio III with engraving on the bell. The shipping time was great and I got the order in 2 business days but the order wasn't 100% correct. The bell of the stethoscope is the correct bronze color but the metal connecting the ear pieces to the rubber tubing is not. It looks like a darker, flat copper color. The difference is very noticeable and clashes the color scheme of the whole scope. The quality is good so it's not a big enough problem to return it but it just doesn't have that classy look like I had hoped.

Don't pay through Amazon. I couldn't cancel my order, even through having Amazon contact them. I tried to cancel literally two minutes after I hit send, yet I am assuming they just ignored that and engraved it anyway, making it so I couldn't return it. Buy somewhere else!

The scope is ok but the engraving leaves a lot of disappointment. There is a large surface on the bell for name that would be more noticeable to the person owning the device. As a healthcare professional myself that would be the most important aspect of my scope in a hospital setting to avoid someone "borrowing to listen to a patient". People love to pick them up and use and discard wherever they think about it. Yhe name is so small it can easily be missed. Scopes are an expense that is a must for most healthcare providers. Easy identification would be most helpful.

The good is that it arrived before I could blink! The bad is that the personalization was SO small. You could barely read the name! The missing is , the personalization was only on the circle , not on the tubing and the size of my neice's name was so small , she could barely even see it. I ordered my granddaughter one fro scrubs and beyond and for 14.00 more I got the name on the tubing AND the metal circle AND it only took two more days, AND you could clearly read it all. All in all, scrubs & beyond has got ya beat! I was very very disappointed.

The order was accurate, and it arrived in just a few days. The shipping box was damaged badly, and the stethoscope box was torn. Fortunately, no damage occurred to the stethoscope.

Delivery was super fast and the item was accurate. However, I paid extra for my name to be engraved on the item, which was not done - nor was an engraving certificate included. Emailed customer service several times with no response.

I ordered replaced diaphragm and cap for my stethoscope. The parts do not fit well and I am disappointed in the product. The service from stethoscope.com was very good. Order was shipped promptly and shipping cost was very reasonable.
