I love my new stethoscope, but I recieved my order during snowy weather and the usps just left it outside the gate!! When I found the package it was buried under the snow!!! I wish your delivery system was with more reliable delivery company such as UPS. Apart from that I had a very good experience with my order. Thank you!

The stethoscope is very good,but I asked (and paid) for the engraving. When it arrived there was no engraved tag,so I contacted the customer service about it but nobody ever got back to me

It did not fit my stethoscope even though the Littman type is exactly what it specifies as being a replacement part for! Service was quick from ordering to my front door though! Bummed it did not fit properly!

Product is exactly what we wanted. Thank you. After checking online tracking, it showed a fraudulent entry that the USPS carrier had attempted to deliver the previous day to our "business" at 6:53 pm, but we were closed. This is a residence AND we were at home. I went to Post Office next day to track. Waited 15 minutes for Supervisor to come up front and I had to ask Supervisor FOUR times for his name. This is not an isolated incident, at least not in my neighborhood.

Stethoscope came quickly exactly as I ordered. It did not come with the battery that was stated was included in the purchase and in the manual. Thankfully, I keep extra batteries. Stethoscope has been a real asset as I am hearing impaired.
