I still have not received product

Shipment tracking was awful. I was never told how long it would take to get my stuff and then when I finally received my tracking number I get no details about where it is and when to expect it. Thanks for sending me this review link though before my package even arrived (:

I wish I could review it but unfortunately my order has not arrived. I would like to see how I can get a refund. I’m very disappointed, it was a Christmas gift.
