In my opinion a little over priced. After spending over $300.00 shipping should've been free. Arrived quickly but disappointed the box that holds the stethoscope is heavily damaged and held togetherwith a rubber band. It actually arrives that way! This is a Christmas gift for my partner who is an M.D., and disappointed the box is so heavily damaged. The inscription is nice but the letters are very small and not easy to read. Wouldn't recommend to a friend.

I bought the cardiologist VI and the serial number does not work.

the stethoscope was delivered in a tattered box. I bought this as a gift but it looks awful to give to somebody.

The purchasing experience was slightly marred by the failure of a previous password for this site failed, but then it's been years since I needed a replacement. I wish all the colors were available, however, close enough will do at the reduced price. The delivery was on time and everything was as ordered. A lower cost postage & handling option would be appreciated.

Did not get my package in time promised @ 12:00 noon guaranteed and got it for pick up the next day quiet an inconvenience .🤔

The stethoscope is a quality product and the engraving looks great but I was alarmed when the package arrived in a damaged box that had been retapped by the US postal service. It had been obviously opened and there was no packing filler protecting the actual Littmann box which also was slightly damaged. No receipt was included. Fortunately, the stethoscope is really perfect. The online warranty registration was also not user friendly...so while I do recommend the product, I can not endorsed the delivery or packaging from this vendor.

I love the stetho that gets a 5 star, the shipping gets a 5 star. I spoke to them regarding the engraving and we sorted everything out, which made the customer service great, 5 starts. But then they messed up in the engraving. They forgot the 2 letters at the end of my name which was the reason for the call in the first place. Bcuz of that 3 stars.... If you are not going to engrave this is the place to shop.
