Did not received order but it says order delivered. Tried to contact customer services no reply.

They said my item shipped but then it wasn’t even in stock and had to cancel.

Ordered 10/16,And payment was taken out in my account 10/17.No follow up or email of delivery status of my order .Not happy at all of this company.Left message regarding my order ,and I’m still waiting..

I ordered a stethoscope and it arrived pretty quickly. Upon opening the mailing package the box had a big rubber band around the middle of the box. I thought this was kind of odd. I read the instructions for use before I even took it out. I could not hear any thing no matter what I tried! I called customer service and following their instructions still it wouldn't work. I was told to return it and I would receive a full refund. I had to call twice and then Emailed them to get the full refund. Still I'm out $12.00 for having to pay to have it shipped back.I did not have a printer so they could send me a return label.

I ordered parts for over night delivery. That did not arrive, over night I did get a refund for the charges The parts did not come for 5 days In fact they were not shipped for 2 days after the order was placed I needed the parts That is why I had chosen this vendor and ordered overnight delivery Very miss leading Would not use this vendor again

I placed an order for an Eko Duo electronic stethoscope on 8/11/2021 and was pleased with the prompt shipping. I received the item on 8/14/2021. However, either the charging pad or cable (or both) are defective. The charging light did not come on when connected and plugged in, so the pad cannot charge the stethoscope I purchased. Since I am unable to charge the stethoscope, I do not know yet if it is also defective. I emailed stethscope.com on 8/15/2021.and to date (8/21/2021) have not received any response. The only contact from stethoscope.com was an email requesting that I review them. Since I have a $300 non-working piece of equipment and no customer service. I cannot provide a higher rating at this time.

I ordered stethoscope and didn't reach to me by FedEx courier service.they delivered it on wrong address.

I bought the LITTMAN IV cardiology stethoscope It hasn’t worked since day one. I’ve had to replace the tubing, for 200+ dollars. You should be able to hear the heart at least
