We thank you for your review and the confidence placed in StepUP Stair. Our apologies for this issue with shipping! We certainly do not like hearing our products arriving with any concern. We strive to rectify any issue, when noted with a Freight company during delivery, so you receive the quality products that we ship out day in and day out. Thank you for your patience to get new stair parts manufactured and shipped to you again.
