Easy Ordering and Quality Parts
Their website was easy to navigate and order from. The best part about their website is it shows you quick-ship/in-stock parts. We were on a time crunch so it was super helpful to know which parts we could get fast. The parts arrived in a timely manner and were exactly as described. The stairs came out beautiful!

Great customer service
My order was small, but the products I received are great. When I received something damaged in shipping, they responded immediately and sent a replacement out the next day. Great company and customer service!

Excellent Customer Service
Dave was super helpful with providing information on which products to buy and how to install them. He really went above and beyond. I am happy I chose to order iron balusters and shoes from StepUP Stair Parts.
