I am in ontario canada
I am in ontario canada. I recieved my order in 5 days they were very quick. I got everything ordered in perfect shape.when i had questions they were answered quickly and requested changes made before order was shipped. I recomend this company. Customer service was top notch
Customer service was top notch. They provided me drawings of several styles with dimensions. Made it easy for myself to explain to the homeowner what was necessary! I will use again.

Satisfied SepUP Stairs Parts Customer!
StepUP Stairs Parts had the exact stair rail spindle size and shape I’d been search for to replace a broken one. The part only took a few days to arrive, was exactly as it was advertised to be and, with some minor trimming and shaping, it was a perfect replacement. I was completely satisfied with this purchase!

Excellent service, beautiful quality.
While I was placing the order, Dave was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. He was also very honest regarding availability and shipping. The products arrived earlier than expected and are of beautiful quality.
