Why don't they ask Steven Eagell Northampton Jordan who supposed to be dealing with my complaint it's a total disgrace. Five cars purchased from Steven Eagell Toyota feel like a customer. Why would I purchase another car from them? The person who wrote to me on Trust pilot didn't put a name to contact them they just don't know how to deal with complaints never ever dealt with a company like this cowboys outfit I suggest you contact Stephen Eagle Toyota Northampton as it's part of your company and you can find out What's been going on. Send an email to the chairman director Mr Steve and eagle over two weeks ago no reply not surprised from the top of the company to the bottom it's run like a circus. I'm taking this a lot further this sort of behavior I thought has stopped in garages obviously not in my opinion this whole situation is totally disgraceful the damage to my dashboard on the brand new car is totally unacceptable no customer relations whatsoever. If there's anybody from the head office of Stephen eagle which would like to contact me please do so. And that wonderful man Jordan was supposed to put petrol in the car came back totally empty thanks to Stephen eagle once again told a pack of lies.
