Email accepting registration was immediate. Shipping was free. I was hoping for a first time customer to be offered a coupon but it was not forthcoming. I couldn't see the delivery date until all information was submitted. That was a critical piece of information for whether I was going to purchase the product since it was date sensitive. Thank you for having such a good product - I'm sure it will live up to its reviews.

The mouth rinse seems to be a great product; however, I left a note in my order AND spoke to someone on the phone about getting the coconut rinse instead of the peppermint one and this did not happen.

I really like your product and I've tried it off Amazon and I'm not keen on the coconut. This time when I went to order the spearmint it's out of stock and I had to buy a whole kit which I didn't need the whole kit. I am using it as a daily rinse to keep the bacteria down out of my mouth while I get implants.

I really love the new coconut flavor! The mint is not very strong, but I prefer coconut. I have alot if sensitivity in my mouth and these products have been very helpful. I find it to be pricey but the quality is there. My gums are healthier and my mouth feels much better. I will continue to use it twice a day. Maybe they can make a toothpaste!
