When I received my bottle of oral mouthwash, the cap was loose the silver protection cap was off the box that the bottle came in was soaking wet, but I did call and they are sending me a new bottle. Hopefully that will arrive unharmed.

I really wanted the peppermint flavor which I always get. This coconut tastes like water. Very disappointed for a very expensive mouth wash.
