Followed my instructions on my order for the gel.

I've used the peppermint rinse before and loved it! Only problem was they were out of the single bottles when I went to repurchase, so I sent an email to customer service asking when they would be back in stock. Got an immediate reply from Tracy letting me know they were on backorder, but that the spearmint single bottles were in stock (which I did not see). Decided to order a couple of bottles to try. They arrived lightening fast-like-WOW! I actually think I like the spearmint better! I never would have tried had Tracy not shared this. EXCELLENT product and EXCELLENT customer service!! Thank you so much!

My dentist recommended this to me after the 1st step of my 2 implants procedure. My gums healed very quickly. At my follow-up visit, my dentist noticed lacerations on my arm, caused by a very active puppy. I'm allergic to latex and neosporin. He suggested I use the gel to heal my wounds. After only 28 hours, I'm pain free, and healing! I love this product!

I called StellaLife because my dentist highly recommended the oral rinse. My dentist only had the peppermint flavor and because of a pre existing medical condition I was not able to tolerate it. The “Angel” that assisted me went above and beyond and was able to ship me another flavor that I could tolerate. I am forever grateful for her kindness and compassion.

I have been using the rinse for leukoplakia and it is the only thing I have found that seems to help. I used to order from Amazon, but it hasn't been available there for months, and was out of stock on the product's website. I was having a flare up and saw that the product had become available on their website and put in an order. I initially typed in my current address, but tried to pay through PayPal in an attempt to make a more secure purchase. However, PayPal was lagging and outdated so I switched to Google Pay which had all my updated information. So when I placed the order I didn't realize the billing address had updated correctly, but the shipping address had changed to the outdated PayPal address. I only realized this a couple days later when I was delighted at the speed of delivery, but found it had been delivered to an address in another state, at a residence I no longer own with no way of contacting the owners. As the rinse is quiet powerful but expensive, especially on a budget, I was concerned I would have to pay for another order or go without. I reached out to customer service and explained my predicament and they quickly responded back informing me they placed a complimentary order. This was a huge relief for me and I very much appreciate their grace, understanding, and timeliness. Thank you for all you do with these products and making them available to those who need them!

Excellent product and customer service: When I had two teeth extracted I was given free a Stellalife kit. I healed very quickly. I also needed oral surgery & again healing was so fast that even the Doctors commented about my recovery. I definitely recommend this product. As to the customer service, it is the best out there. The product was delivered in record time. They even called me back to see how I was doing. Now, how many companies can you name that do that? I recommend you give them your business and I think you will agree with me.
