I informed your customer service department that I almost swallowed a contact lens when I used your oral rinse in January 2024. She downplayed my experience. She then agreed to send me one bottle free when I purchased two bottles. When I received them, one of the bottles had a broken cup. I am quite disappointed and frustrated. Sincerely, Jesus Aguayo Jr.

I never received my package UPDATE. A representative of the company called me, and apologized for the inconvenience of the lost item. The mouthwash made the healing of my dental surgery go faster. I do recommend the mouthwash

According to the tracker, my Oral Rinse order shipped on September 19. The confirmation said it would arrive in 6-8 days. It's been over three weeks and I'm still waiting. The most recent status that I checked this morning, October 10, said that it made it to Georgia, and now will be returned to sender. Is it because I didn't order through Amazon? I've heard that Amazon makes it hard for smaller vendors to do business. Monopolistic practices are common for them. Do you only use UPS (they won't deliver to USPS PO Boxes), and if that's the case, why wasn't I informed of this three weeks ago? What's the next step? You can call me at 415-572-6206. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

My dentist sent me home with stellalife rinse after cleaning. I was scheduled for two extractions 3 weeks later.I was told that I should continue using the rinse after the extractions. I had been using as directed by poring the required amount into a small cup. I had had a lot of pain and infection. I had to take antibiotics. After I took those, my primary medical doctor put me on another round of antibiotics because the infection was worse! The next day, I was about to use my stellalife rinse, I looked at the top and it was moldy. I opened it. It had a black ring around the inside! I feel like this was the reason my gums stayed infected and wouldn’t heal. I have an appointment next week and will return this rinse. I certainly hope I am refunded. If you want the numbers off of this bottle to check this batch, I will send it to you.

Thank you for being a valued StellaLife® customer! Our Rinse can be dark brown with specks due to propolis and essential oils for better healing and antimicrobial properties. It is critical to SHAKE WELL to make sure you get all of the ingredients to work together. Once you remove the aluminum seal, the paper backing on the caps can stain from the botanical plants. If you wish to discontinue using the rinse, please email us at [email protected] with the doctor’s name so we can coordinate the refund with them. Alternatively, we can send you the coconut flavored rinse to try, as well as the VEGA Oral Care Gel. The gel is formulated to temporarily relieve pain, bring down inflammation, and help accelerate healing. We sincerely apologize, and we hope you will give us the opportunity to make this right.
