A very pleasurable company to do business with.
I placed a phone call to order some parts. The girl that answered the phone was bubbly, funny, and very helpful. It was a pleasure to talk to a real person without having to to push 10 different buttons to get through to someone and then end up with someone who wasn't helpful.

1972 international 354
Ordered a carburetor for a 72 int 354 arrived in great shape and fast had problems with it adjustment etc shipped it back and they replaced it no questions had to monkey around with the second one but figured out the issue not the fault of Steiner. This is to be expected when the original parts are not made for your tractor. Staff was great and attentive to my questions and concerns thanks again. Glen P

I recently purchased items for our…1955 Ford 600 tractor.
I recently purchased items for our son’s 1955 Ford 600. All questions were answered with expertise and all efforts were made to ensure that we received what we needed. The parts came in a timely manner and packaged with the greatest of care. There was also a couple of treats in the package…a sweet surprise!! Thank you for your great customer service!!
