What a negative experience! Impossible to upload photos for photo verification. Tried to cancel my order after I was unable to do this, and ended up with the Steam Card hours later (too late to give this as a gift for the party I was getting it for), even though they said I still needed to verify account. So frustrated and angry.

After 24 emails (YES, 24) back and forth to SteamSupport,4 from Paypal and 2 phone calls to my credit card company over a 5 hour (1745-2444) period, I was finally able to complete my transaction to purchase a gift card for my son. I had to try two different credit cards and call my credit card company each time to verify they DID NOT reject the purchase. There is a BIG problem with Steam’s purchasing procedures. I eventually completed the transaction and was able to send off the gift card. ...and do not believe that they wll accept the credit cards displayed directly, you MUST go through PayPal AND THEY PROCESS IT AS A CASH TRANSACTION not a credit card purchase. (Their webpage indicates credit card tansaction and did not specify cash transaction on 5/18/18.). I certainly hope that my purchase experience was an anomaly. Making a purchase should not be this hard! And save your time, do not even try to write a review on their webpage. If you rate it less than max, they link you to a deadlink and the review does not get posted. It has been two weeks since they said they “would refer it to management” and I have received zero feedback. This transaction was made in the USA, from Virginia.

Instant delivery I think not. A six-fold verification process if you can get it to work. And then sorry sometimes payment verification can up to 2 hours, even when order status shows payment authorized. Never again.

About a month ago I purchased a $50 steam gift card, after I received it I attempted to redeem the code. Steam reported it as being a duplicate. After this I contacted SteamCardDelivery's support who after some troubleshooting told me to contact steam support. I then contacted steam support who told me that SteamCardDelivery was at fault. After I forwarded this to SteamCardDelivery's support they stopped responding to my emails. I have now filed a payment dispute with paypal so I can hopefully get my money back.

The website requires unreasonable verification steps, beyond any other online retailer I've encountered. But they charge you before the additional verification steps are revealed. I then purchased through a different website and asked SteamCardDelivery to cancel my order. They refused to do so, and I will now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. There are better (and cheaper) websites that will sell the same product. They just don't advertise on search engines, so you may have to go to the second page of the search results to find something that will provide better results.
