SteamcarddeliveryReviews of steamcarddelivery.com

My code cannot be used and after a day they cannot solve my problems..saying we need time abd etc..i do not recommend to buy from this website as until now they cannot solve my problem. Avoid using them as theur customer service dont know what they are doing

I Purchased two $100 cards as gifts. 1st card had already been redeemed. Went thru the process they required to confirm the card had indeed been redeemed prior to selling it to me. Never got a straight answer. Customer service is only there to string you along for a couple of weeks until time runs out then stop responding. I would not recommend using this company. The customer service is horrendous. They will send you an automatic email then when someone actually sends you an email it will be a form letter with nothing useful or constructive. Your next level of customer service will be telling you to contact the vendor to confirm the redemption date. How that will assist you is never made clear. then they will go silent. DO NOT USE THEM. UNLESS YOU CAN STAND TO LOSE YOUR MONEY AND GAIN NOTHING BUT SOME EMAILS. YOU WILL HAVE NO RECOURSE WITH PAYPAL. Stay away from STEAMCARDDELIVERY . Worst company ever. On par with COMCAST for customer service.

i have tried several times to get cards been fully verified but they refuse to send them

I purchase a gift card and even with advisors did not succeed .they even took my account off why ? Guess you dont wont me as a customer. Better to go with stores. There excuse is it got scammed !

UPDATE: Your comment makes me just as angry as the way you do business. There were no "security issues." If there was a problem with the email I sent it to, then it's MY problem, isn't it? I wanted to give your family business a chance. I spend way too much money on Amazon and I hate the way they treat their employees. But you treated me much worse by being sneaky and secretive and acting as though you were the one to decide whom I would send a $25 gift to. I tell everyone I know to never use your business. I honestly don't know how this company got so many Excellent reviews. They are one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and certainly don't believe in customer service. I wanted to buy a $25 gift card for my nephew. I had bought one other $25 gift card two weeks or a month before. I have the financial wherewithal but they didn't dare trust me to know what I was doing when I wanted to buy another $25 (!!!) gift card two or four weeks later. I have asked them to delete my account immediately. They ask for WAY too much information (a photo with your DL??!!). I don't trust them to have this info. and I'm very sorry that I ever went through all that for a $25 gift card. Let that stick in your mind--$25!!! Amazon would never ask for a photo with your DL and heaven knows I've spent thousands of dollars there.

What a horrible experience. They allowed transactions to go through before asking for your personal details like pictures and government ID's. After submitting all those important data they cancelled my transaction. So are you guys just in it to get personal data? 5 - 15 minutes is what they tell you for everything, even for the refund. Well its been over 30 minutes now and I have not received a refund e-mail from paypal. SCAM SITE.

DON'T USE!!! SCAM!!! Bought a card as a GIFT for a little girl. The code ended up having an error. Steamcarddelivery.com said that I was being scammed. That they are not associated with sites that ask for payment with a steam card for a service or product. I wrote back telling them again that it was a GIFT not a payment. They wrote back saying the same thing. So in my opinion, it's a scam.

I'd tried buying a card here as a birthday gift for a distant sibling, but ended up going to a bricks-and-mortar competitor as it looked odd that they were only accepting Paypal instead of obtaining a legit merchant account. A few days later, I received an unsolicited e-mail indicating that this company had signed me up for a mailing list on list-manage.com; the content of that mail included this gem: "How to obtain a Free $3 Coupon! (Limit One Per Customer) We will offer you a $3 coupon (off your next entire order) if you take the time to write a review for us on TrustPilot. Please write at least 2 sentences, and include what country you are buying the cards from. Just send us a link to your review and we will send you your personal coupon." The e-mail contained a clickable link to this site (trustpilot.com) When I tried to raise this issue by posting a review about this solicitation, Steamcarddelivery slapped a "reviewer contacted" against me, which may well be a first step toward trying to get my comments here removed. That's problematic, as reviews should be freely given without incentive, interference or manipulation from the company or entity being reviewed. I would therefore take any reviews with a huge grain of salt.
