SteamcarddeliveryReviews of steamcarddelivery.com

This company is a scam. Do not trust them. Cant believe I have to say this but please don't fall for it, or let your families fall for it. You may see some stories of it working. Feel like those are either one offs or lies. If someone wants to buy gift cards, make sure they are purchased physically or from steam directly this holiday season please. I say this because I just had a well meaning family member try to purchase me a gift of $50, then when it was delivered Steam said the code had already been redeemed. Then support from steamcarddelivery said that there was nothing they could do. And we were the "only people to get the code". We have reported them to the bank and to the FTC. OH and come to find out they charged the family member an $8 fee on top of that AND wanted PHOTO ID to prove the purchase. DONT FALL FOR THIS AND EDUCATE YOUR FAMILY PLEASE

I tried to buy a $200 steam gift card online and they wouldn’t approve my photo then i look on my bank account and they charged me for it and sent to me three days later. I had already bought a gift card somewhere else when i thought i wasn’t getting it now they want give me refund and the manager was very nasty to me and wouldn’t give me the name of who is over him. Ill never buy a steam card again. Regina Woess

Terrible. Took 3 weeks of going back and for me to receive a gift. Terrible service and borders on a scam. Just buy from the Steam site.

I would not use these people as they are affiliated with carddelivery.com. Carddelivery took $100 from me and delievered a card with $0 balance. Their support is a lie, you cannot contact them live, it will default to email. They refused to refund me stating that i purchased a US card from the UK and therefore it was my fault that the card had no balance. I now use Rewarble to fund a credit card directly, it is much safer. I will never these people again, they took my money and gave me nothing. BTW, you cannot claim back from PP, they do not cover this site under their guarantee.

I tried to buy two 20 dollar cards and once I paid and verified everything I went to go look at my codes ans it would say “sorry this page has been deleted with a robot”

Looks like a scam. It charged my money, and I did not receive the card

Beware of scam

Took two hours out of my pre-Christmas life to try and order my son a gift card. Bad enough they were charging $28 for a $200 card, but what ensued were endless questions to authenticate myself. First asked for a picture with my ID, then it wasn't clear enough, sent in a second, then they asked that I also include the order number in the picture, which I did. Now I'm two hours in and they want a video of me holding my legitimate credit card in front of my license with the order number. At that point I was done, canceled it. Seemed like a scam that went on too long. 17 emails and two hours, no card! They did reverse the charge, so I guess no better business complaint, but can this possibly be for real to treat everyone like an international crook? And why the need for a video on top of a picture?
