Didn't get my order withing 5 days, nor a reply
I've made a purchase on the 12th of May, around 8 p.m gmt+2. It is the 17th now and I still didn't recieve my order, nor a reply to my e-mail I send around 20 hours ago. Well, since I also paid for the trademark removal and my total was 20 bucks... I just hope they forgot about my order and ain't scamming.

Hello! I'm so sorry you did not have a good experience! All orders are always sent out within 48 hours of your order time. Can you possibly check your spam in email? Sometimes the artwork files somehow end up in there. Otherwise, we can re-send you the artwork! For support, please allow up to 24 hours to receive a response from me as we are in different time zones. I will always respond to any support inquiries within 24 hours and as soon as I see it Thank you! Kalizar
