Went to the Spokane main branch today to retrieve very important timely real estate papers. Their lock stripped out in my safe deposit box! They cannot get a hold of the locksmith ( all day) to drill the lock out! Then they told us to bring out second key and make another across town trip as the 2nd key might work. When I made it back they said it won’t work! It’s our key side of the lock that stripped out! Then I get home and find a $60 bill for the box I can’t access. Plus the waiting times are insanely long ! I’ve been a member since 1976 and I’m asking myself why I’m still a member. Will be switching credit unions soon!

Still needs improvement. Periodic down times without warnings. Periodic log in issues with multi factor sent to phone voice or text then no response & time out. Will retain membership.

They employe the rudest mouthy teller I’ve seen in 60+ years. And now the charge fees if you change you address per month $5.00 . When paying a loan they only allow you to pay the current payment and 1 month forward?????????? The rest goes to principle balance. So if you wanted to pay for example 3 months advance payments they won’t allow it!!!!! The put the money on principle balance and your payment is then due the next month . No banker I’ve spoken with understands their policy. No other institution I’ve dealt with has this crazy policy .

This is my bank.This is my favorite bank.These people have always helped me when I had problems with a transaction.If I need the loans for my car or if I need a loan for debt.They've always been there.They've always helped and they're always honest

I have found through trials and tribulations dealing with STCU to be murky and haphazardly at best. Their ability to put my money in my account through direct deposit from my job on a consistently timely basis is stellar to none. Yet their enablement of letting fraudulent charges from other banking sources to ransack my account after the fact of taking the matter to them to resolve and stop that from happening before it brings my account below credit is also stellar to none. STCU is the institution equivalent to a Benedict Arnold for allowing oppositional sideline charges to take hold and not taking the side of their STCU customers who hold monetary constraints from amenity with their spending accounts. I recommend to banking customers with STCU who are dealing with this same or similar dilemma to look into putting their banking trusts with a more reliable banking service that is not with the STCU methodology of customer disservice banking practices.

I absolutely love this bank so far. Every time I would have an issue they would always help me very quickly. They’ve always been super nice and helpful. The app is very easy to figure out for the most part. I’ve never had any problems with it yet. I’ve been with them for about one year and have no regrets changing over to them. I have no complaints at all what so ever!
