Amy, please use your Hand Roller gently in each nostril every morning and night, you will see a big reduction in sinus infections. We have many customers who call us to report that exact outcome. Quick delivery and I received what I expected. I have been traveling and use the copper wand at every opportunity. I twirl it around my hands under the table while waiting for my food. Even though I have no way of knowing if germs are being killed, I would like to think they are so I can comfortably eat the delicious bread from the European countries I have been visiting.
