Sapphire ResortsReviews of staysapphire.com

Their sales pitch is on point being that we own a couple of time shares but beware. They offer additional trips with airfare but why if we can travel wherever and whenever we want to 🤔. The gift card was a positive but the $100 promotional casino vouchers are a complete waste of time. Trash them. If they offer show and dinner tickets take them and run. Read and as stated in the rest of the reviews BE WARE.

We were in Sedona Pines Resort and invited to a Sapphire Resorts presentation. We attended a long three hour, high pressure presentation that was nothing but a bunch of lies. They used the term vacation club…and never used the word “timeshare”. We were promised vacations at highly sought after locations for very low prices, if we joined the club. We bought into this club and didn’t realize that it was a timeshare and we could never book the location or times that we could travel. The annual dues were actually annual assessments that go up every year. We never were able to take the free Hawaiian vacation that was promised to us for joining. Sapphire is a fraudulent company who uses deception, lies and high pressure to manipulate people. Stay away from Sapphire Resorts!

Our experience with Sapphire Resorts has been nothing short of horrible. We’ve always felt that the service was poor overall, and yet we still fulfilled our mortgage in full. Once we owed nothing, we inquired about canceling our membership. We spoke with a woman named Candice, who told us we needed to pay them a $2,000 fee to cancel, which is absolutely ridiculous. After a bit of back and forth, she said the best they could do was $1,000, only to turn around and tell us we would only be approved for the $2,000 fee anyway. This felt like the used car salesman going to “speak to the manager,” only to come back with nothing changed. This is a heinous business practice, and we’re beyond frustrated with them. Do not do business with Sapphire Resorts or the Jockey Club. They will scam you.

The resorts are old and run down. Three years of yearly fees for a week or two in rundown hotels….not worth the time or money…

I was blatantly misled from the start of this process. I specifically asked if I could cancel this arrangement at any time and was assured it wouldn’t be an issue. That was a complete lie. Instead, I unknowingly signed a 45-year agreement that has been nothing but a financial and emotional nightmare for me and my family. The promises made during that meeting were empty, and now I feel trapped in a situation that has drained my resources and left me with no way out. Despite my repeated attempts to get help, no one has given me real answers. The lack of accountability is appalling, and I feel like I’ve been scammed out of my hard-earned money. I am demanding, once again, a way to cancel this membership entirely. The urgency of this matter cannot be overstated. It’s almost that time of year when they try to charge me another outrageous fee, and I still have no idea how this benefits me in any way. This situation needs to be resolved immediately. Don’t get involved with this resort because every representative I’ve talked to has told me a lie. I will continue to file complaints against this company until someone is willing to talk to me and resolve this matter immediately.

cannot be rate single even one star a lot of people suffers for keep collecting money and dont even allow you do the cancellation, many wasting time and thousand of thousand of dollars for the sweet words from presentation and we very unfortunately we get scams and victims🥺🥺- hoping there is someone can help to stop this🙏🙏 so no one will be next victims of scamming for innocent people😢😢

Terrible experience with high pressured sales person who calmly told us that we would sit through the full 2-hour presentation and continued to pressure us into a buy well past that time. He indicated that we were somewhat stupid to decline an offer to hand over $11k for a program we knew nothing about. If it smells like a scam I’d say that we call it a scam.

I strongly caution anyone considering Sapphire Resorts – this company operates like a predatory scam. Their sales tactics are built on lies and empty promises designed to lure you in. They promised extra trips and exclusive benefits that never materialized, leaving me feeling deceived and cheated. The entire experience was a nightmare, with zero accountability or follow-through from their team. If I could give them less than zero stars, I would. Save your money and steer clear of Sapphire Resorts – you will regret falling for their manipulative tactics.
