I requested a vehicle registration through stateregistration.org and realized that they would not be able to process my request prior to my registration being lapsed. I requested an expedited processing but they were unable to do so. They offered me a refund for the cost of registration... I repeat, "THEY offered ME a refund for the cost of registration." They are in my experience completely reputable and do what they claim to do. They offer very good and timely customer service which is why there is a fee included in the service. Overall excellent customer support and service for a reasonable fee.

Quick response to my registration renewal. I had not selected appropriate category. Had kind and personal emails with rep. Very impressed! Felt like I dealt with a human!

This agency made it so easy to renew my Utah registration. After such a hellish month and missing registration by 1 day, they were able to 1) change my address and 2) renew my car. They are amazing and hassle free.

This service is way above average. I sent an email at 6am and got a response in minutes. I was flabbergasted. State Registration sounds very bureaucratic but surpisingly it is very human and very friendly.
