Has not been sent
Has not been sent. It is over 30 business days. I work 12 hour shifts, and now instead of going home I have to show up to some random place and ask for a letter of delay before my job stops scheduling me, because my permit is not here. I will probably have to purchase another one. Which I don't look forward to. I sure hope the next one shows up, sorry for being such a meanie, I'm so tired of this.

Sicily- we're sorry you haven't received your Utah Food Handler card. If you do not receive your permit within 30 days, please contact the Salt Lake Valley Health Department at (385) 468-4100.

English is a second language
English is a second language and the test questions were worded in a way that I had trouble understanding. Taking a quiz before hand was wasting time.

Absolutely sucks
Absolutely sucks. I've already paid 2 times now and still unable to taken the test supposably due to technical issues. They blame it on my internet connection wich I am not having trouble with anywhere else. Do not use this website

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
The absolute worst customer service experience. I requested that they send me via mail a physical copy of my certification, paid for it, never got a notification of anything being sent and the cert never arrived. I contacted them to request a refund and was called names and otherwise treated very unprofessionally. The first agent, Jeremy, told me it was sent via "snail mail" and placed in their mailbox at midnight and it wasn't their problem if I hadn't received it. The second agent, Aiko, said they NEVER sent me the cert, but they would now. I just wanted my money back. They said I would receive a call from their management, or at least an email. Still waiting for either. Before contacting them live, I had sent an email ticket through their portal. Nothing in response. The learning and cert process was fine, but I will never use this company again based on their customer service experience. And that too means no referrals for all the coworkers and friends that work in this industry that are required to obtain a cert like this.
