Horrible, Walmart-quality products at premium prices. They spend all their money on social ads and none of it on quality. One of the zippers on my kid’s State bag went out a year after I purchased it. I was annoyed but the second zipper still worked. Now both have disconnected and there’s no warranty from State bag to get it fixed or replaced. Total waste of $65. This bag needed to be used by two more toddlers, now I need to buy a new one…when I thought this one would last. Stay away from their products. They’re incredibly cheap!!!

State Bags used to be a seemingly well staffed, high quality company. I ordered a backpack over a week ago and still have not received any confirmation nor any shipping info. I’ve emailed multiple times and have called during their sparse business hours and no one answers. It’s very disappointing and I likely won’t order again.
