I have given them the project to do, they came with a solution but all programs were wrong and when I asked for the support they keep on giving the excuses that they are working on it and in last I got nothing. Completely rubbish

Save yourself some money and just Google any help you might need with statistics. There are plenty of free resources out there which will help much more. Charged an extortionate amount, and did not answer my main questions. Just copied and pasted a long winded explanation of what a statistical test measures, something you can find on Wikipedia. The company is based in India (the address is shown when making payment) so no surprises - just another scam just like call centres. Stay very clear.
