StarzReviews of starz.com

Starz cancelled power book:force after season 3. I am in disbelief that they would cancel the best show they had. Force is the only reason I subscribed to Starz and I will never watch Starz again if they do not continue force. don’t be stupid, bring back force !!!

STARZ is TRASH ! Not because of the ABSOLUTELY FIRE SHOWS that CURTIS 50CENT JACKSON HAS put on there, but because they get the BEST SHOWS & 2 or 3 seasons in CANCELS THE SHOWS, or do dumb sh!t like not want to pay PHENOMENAL ACTORS LIKE OMARI HARDWICK THAT MAN DESERVED TOP PAY FOR HIS DENZEL WASHINGTON EQUIVALENT PERFORMANCES IN POWER, I have UNSUBSCRIBED DUE TO POOR MANAGEMENT AT STARZ NETWORK… In my personal opinion, @50CENT NEEDS TO START HIS OWN NETWORK !

This company charged my paypal account for a subscription I never ordered. I checked every account I had like roku Amazon etc in order to find where this subscription originated from because when trying to cancel further charges Starz website would not allow it instead stated it could only be cancelled where it originated and gave a list of those accounts to check. I have contacted the 4 times via email and other then a we will get back to you automated reply once I still have not been contacted. In was able to cancel the subscription thru PayPal but it did not refund the money stolen from my account by this company. BEWARE do not subscribe with bank card or bank information where it can not be cancelled.

Shows aren’t showing, the ones that are takes to long to air! Costly stop pushing back your most viewed shows! Creates negative room!

Apparently I've had 2 subscriptions with starz doing the same length of time...how ? I could not find anything I like so I cancelled in-between Aug and Sept. 12/30/25 I started receiving emails informing me the transaction was declined for a $69.99 charge for their subscription to starz and requesting I update my account info for continued access to programing I have a prepaid card for my subscription. Did not add any money to the account because I no longer wanted starz and had cancelled already. What I had in the account covered expected charges for other bills. STARZ went back into my account and took $39.00 without my permission. This is the 5th day of waiting on a call back, the 5th day of waiting on a response from the chat feature 5th day of pushing the #0 to speak to a csr only each and every time I choose to hold for a representative they just disconnect the call when I do not agree to a call back. I did not request a discount nor did I agree to a discount nor did they have permission to remove $39.99 of my money from my account. I consider that a fraudulent transaction. In other words STARZ stole my $39.99

Does not worth it

I thought I canceled my subscription, was offered a deal, not to cancel, decline the deal; continue to cancel subscription. Lo and behold the next day I got billed for an additional year. When I went through the cancellation process again it was more careful and noted. It had to be canceled on four separate pages for separate times each of them more difficult to find them the previous. When I tried to contact stars to discuss this, I sent three emails that were never responded to, called their helpline and put in my phone number for a return call three times never to get a call. I called and waited on hold three times only to have the call disconnected after 30 minutes of being on hold. Went to their “live chat“ only to have no one ever pick up the chat! This company is absolutely predatory towards its customers and should be regulated better. It’s an absolute scam that will keep taking your money unless you figure out ways around their predatory practices. I have multiple streaming services. This is the only one that I’ve ever had issues with. Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs.

Horrible horrible customer service! My annual subscription was automatically renewed at $75 for a streaming service I never watch with no reminder or advance notice! I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone via phone, emailing and chat for almost 24 hrs. now with no luck!
