An account was made using my debit card information and I was given the run around for week regarding getting funds back to my bank account. After 5 different representatives I was offered just one month of a refund. I was billed 4 times and offered just one payment back to my bank

Signed up for the $24 annual promotion on Starz through Starz Facebook site. The initial transaction showed the right charge of $24 plus tax, but my credit card was later charged and posted at $75.06. It was extremely difficult to communicate with them (only via email; no phone option). I finally had to dispute the charge through my credit card company to get the charge reversed.

Went to cancel my subscription but was offered a discount. Accepted and was charged the full amount. Switch and bait tactic used. Starz was dishonest. I immediately asked for a refund and cancellation. Waiting for a resolve.

Everything was okay... until I went to cancel. I mean, I was watching essentially two shows on Starz. Once one ended (Outlander) and they cancelled the Spartacus reboot... I was done with Starz. And in June my annual subscription was set to expire. Expiration date rolls around. I log in and select "cancel" and it says okay, you can keep watching until 2027. What? I check with their online chatbot (which is useless) and it says well, you have a "past due payment" for your 2026-2027 annual plan. I say no, I cancelled. Period. Do not attempt to charge me again (thank goodness there was no money on that card the day they attempted to charge me EVEN THOUGH I CANCELLED). Chatbot just keeps saying your payment failed and you still owe. I keep saying NO, I have cancelled and haven't watch anything and will NOT be paying for the 2026-2027 annual plan. Period. I have spent 30 minutes trying to connect to an agent. If you call, you're on hold so long it just disconnects you. I assume everyone is cancelling at this point and they just want to keep NOT cancelling. Seriously, they just keep refusing to cancel. And even if you've selected "Cancel" online they're pretending I now still owe this year (June 2026-2027 I guess?) even though I cancelled before my annual renewal. This is ridiculous and they really just need to let people cancel. I was considering coming back later this year to watch Blood of my Blood for a few months -- now, I'll just buy the season on Amazon and watch it there. Starz is attempting to force me into another year. Will be reporting them as much as I can. Update: Finally got a chat human. They sent an email to verify the cancellation. So now you have to cancel in the app, cancel with a chat bot, cancel with a chat human, and then also cancel in an email...

I usually love STARZ i called yesterday after being on hold for over 20 min I had a representative come on the line more frustrated then me and I am the paying cust with the issue. I told her she was very Curt did she want to try again. I have bad days at work and when I'm called out i adjust she did not she was nasty, and as a Black woman i can tell she was of ethnicity and was terrible, i hate that this is mainly the reasons Black Americans and woman get judged harshly. Again it wasn't about race because all colors can be rude, but i hated it the entire encounter. I'm kind enough not to add her name. anyways my STARZ is still not working and she did not go above and beyond lost a cust who been with you for years.

From 2024 I found ThaT my account had been charged Twice in each month I reach ouT To customer service and leT Them know and requested for refund They only processed 1 month ouT of 6moths also found again in 2025 broughT To Their aTTenTion and guess whaT same I asked Them To leT Their Team do a Terror clean/ search because I explained clearly I have only 1 email I use for Starz They Told me with confidence I only have 1 email and no more so There only should be 1 charge now in 2026 I found again Jan Feb March April and may 2 charges and again only refunded 1 month and 1 $11.49 I need To know how can I geT justice in all The money The owe me and why have They noT done beTTer I feel Sammed by STarz!!!!
