I chatted with Joe from StartFleet, and I found he was impressively knowledgeable and motivated to find the correct answers to challenging taxation questions. He was also not afraid to honestly say "I don't know but I'll ask around" when I asked an especially difficult tax question (the kind of difficult question only a CPA or tax attorney could answer). Nobody is capable of knowing everything, but Joe knows a lot, and he tells you directly when he doesn't know the answer, unlike some other insecure people I've suffered elsewhere. Thanks Joe!

Having just got refused for a business account for my foreign-owned LLC, I turned to StartFleet for some help. They were great from start to finish and I have managed to open a different account within less than a week. The fee was also reasonable considering the amount of time Joe spent chatting with me. Outstanding and incredible service and support from Startfleet. I've been a Startfleet customer for about 3 months now and the service is simply indescribable. Joe and Nima just do a great job everything has gone smoothly so far. from incorporating my LLC to changing my business address to filing with the IRS and so on. Joe really does an awesome job. He approaches me proactively and regularly provides new ideas and approaches with which I can achieve my goals faster and easier. Joe knows my goals and what I need. I have never experienced that with any support. But that's not all. Even with problems and difficulties that are not necessarily related to Startfleet, Joe helps out. I recently had a serious problem with a bank in the USA. Joe was willing to stand up for me at the co-founder so that the problem could be solved quickly. That's really incredible. Joe conveys more the image of a friend on the other side of the world than that of a simple support agent. I am infinitely happy that I chose Startfleet. I'm not leaving here anymore. Here you are taken seriously and you feel safe and secure because you can approach Joe and the Startfleet team with any problem. For someone like me, who comes from Germany, that's just worth its weight in gold. Thank you very much folks.
