Customer service is great and processing was fast. I wanted to try the other company offering the same service I'm glad I switched to Startfleet. They were very responsive when answering about my inquiries regarding their services. After I purchased the the package everything went smoothly from forming the LLC and the EIN number. I also appreciate the time and effort for the person who helped me when opening a bank account. Although, there were delays but it was not on their end. Anyways great customer service and I would highly recommend this to my friends.
