I enrolled in StarterX's Shopify Automation(July 27,2025) and Amazon Automation programs(Jan 23, 2026) after being presented with detailed sales representations describing a fully managed e-commerce business. The decision to purchase StarterX's services was based on representations that the company would professionally build, manage, optimize, and grow an online business on my behalf. During the sales process, StarterX represented that:
• The business would be fully "done-for-you."
• A dedicated project manager would manage the business.
• Weekly reports would be provided.
• An initial advertising ROI of 20–30% was guaranteed.
• Sales would begin shortly thereafter.
• Stores typically generate approximately $4,000–$5,000 in monthly profit within two to three months.
• A one-time fee covered twelve months of complete management without hidden fees.
These statements materially influenced my purchasing decision.
However, looking at the current situation,
• Lack of measurable business performance.
• Limited operational transparency.
• Failure to provide promised weekly reporting.
• Failure to provide documentation supporting the represented ROI.
• Limited visibility into operational decision-making.
• Concerns regarding communications involving Amazon purchase history.
StarterX did not provide the requested documentation.
Subsequent communications requesting clarification also went unanswered.
A significant additional concern relates to the inventory purchase arranged by StarterX.
At StarterX's direction, I paid USD $3,305 for inventory that I was informed would be purchased and shipped to Amazon FBA fulfillment centers.
Only after I formally requested a refund did StarterX state that the inventory had already been purchased and delivered to an Amazon fulfillment center.
StarterX later claimed that the USD $3,305 inventory had been purchased and delivered to an Amazon FBA fulfillment center and stated that an invoice was attached. However, no invoice was actually attached. Despite repeated requests, I have not received the supplier invoice, Amazon shipment ID, FBA receiving confirmation, or proof of delivery. My Amazon Seller Central screenshots show the relevant products as FBM, Inventory 0, and Out of Stock, which is inconsistent with StarterX’s statement that the inventory is being held at an Amazon FBA fulfillment center.
Whoever the consultant at this company is, proceed with caution.

“Paid $6,500 — No Access to My Own Company or Bank Account”
I paid StarterX $5,000 for a Shopify automation store, their premium package and later $1,500 for LTD formation, bank account, and merchant setup.
After nearly a year, no meaningful results were delivered.
I also received conflicting information about the service. At one point I was told dropshipping was no longer possible and that I had to upgrade to a DTC brand costing $37,000–$42,000. However, when I attempted to leave, they suddenly said they could continue with dropshipping, they also tried to charge extra for their LTD after completion.
seeing the inconsistency in their pricing and service I decided to opt out and requested access to my Ltd and bank account but they constantly kept telling me it’s “under their internal system” and then they stopped responding to my messages
I do not have control over what I paid for:
• No full access to the LTD created under my name
• No access to the bank account (verification codes go to their number)
• I had to repeatedly push for months prior to the LTD formation just to access my own website
At this point, I am simply requesting full administrative control of all assets created under my name or a refund.
Proceed with caution.
Update — May 11, 2026
StarterX sent me a sign-off and asset transfer document and advised that I shouldn’t pursue further legal escalation and remove my public complaints while the matter is being resolved.
I agreed to cooperate under the condition that the UK LTD company, banking setup, Stripe/merchant payment processing, and related business infrastructure would be fully completed, independently operational, fully integrated with my Shopify store, and transferred as originally proposed and paid for — without requiring substantial additional setup, unresolved verification issues, or continued dependency on StarterX systems.
As of today, more than a week after my response outlining those conditions, I have not yet received further confirmation or completion of the operational handover.
I will update this review if there are further developments or resolution progress

✅ UK Private Limited Company, GRAB**** was successfully incorporated on 6 November 2025 with Companies House, despite three prior rejections due to complexities related to your country of residence. We persisted and delivered.
✅ UK Virtual Office Address & Business Phone Number, Procured and maintained continuously on your behalf. We have been covering the monthly costs without requesting reimbursement.
✅ Payoneer Business Account, Active and fully accessible to you under GRAB**** . You have login access to the associated Gmail account through which the account was set up. System records confirm recent sign-ins on your account. Regarding the claim that verification codes go to our number is no longer accurate. Full Gmail and account access was shared with you. The account is in your name and accessible to you.
✅ End-to-End Guidance, Recorded calls, Zoom sessions, written confirmations, and step-by-step support were provided throughout, given the cross-jurisdictional complexity of your situation.
✅ Corporation Tax UTR, Issued by HM Revenue & Customs and the delay was due to HMRC's own processing timelines, not inaction on our part. (The Corporation Tax UTR issued by HM Revenue & Customs was received on 30 March 2026 and the step has been delayed by HMRC and guided the process to you. Delays in obtaining this document were due to system-level processing timelines at HMRC not any inaction on our part.)
We have all contracts, call recordings, and written confirmations on record. We understand that waiting is frustrating, especially when you are eager to take control of your business.
However, several timelines in your case were governed by third-party institutions Companies House, HMRC, and Payoneer and were not within our ability to expedite beyond what we already did.
Regarding the handover of remaining access, this is actively in progress. We have reached out to you directly with a formal resolution path. We are fully prepared to complete the structured transfer of all assets the moment you re-engage with our team.

Scam Scam Scam. Tried to tell me they could set up and run my store in Amazon. Amazon rules say it’s illegal to have a 3rd party run your store. Amazon will ban you and your store. All their wording screams India scam scheme.

First, StarterX Technologies Inc. does not operate any “Indian scam scheme,” nor do we conduct business using any such methods. We are a registered company that works strictly within platform policies and legal frameworks. We do not misrepresent Amazon rules, and we do not ask clients to violate them.
Second, the statement that “Amazon rules say it’s illegal to have a third party run your store” is misleading. Amazon explicitly allows third-party service providers (such as agencies, consultants, and account managers) when access is granted properly via user permissions. Thousands of legitimate businesses, including Amazon-approved partners, operate under this model worldwide. What Amazon prohibits is unauthorized access or policy abuse, which we do not practice.
Third, we have no record of this reviewer as a client, lead, or onboarded customer in our system. This suggests the reviewer may have confused us with another company or misunderstood how legitimate Amazon service providers operate. We raised this concern directly with Trustpilot before responding publicly, hoping it would be reviewed for accuracy.
