Love the ring. The jeweler was very informative and the communication was great! Also it was delivered exactly when it said it would a great process start to finish.

We had an engagement ring & wedding band set custom designed and upon receiving it, it was more beautiful than I could have imagined. SO unique and suited to my tastes that I couldn't find with any other jeweller. Everyone I showed it to was instantly drawn to it and told me it's just my style. The only problem was that I had my ring size wrong, so we contacted Jimmy to have it resized and after figuring out some logistics, we were able to have it resized at a local jeweller. We are in Canada and with the current tariffs it would have been iffy to ship it back, so Jimmy accommodated our situation and covered the resize, which we are so grateful for. Excellent customer service and I'll love my ring forever, will be recommending Starland to everyone from now on.

After having the first ring custom made and shipped out UPS lost it. Given the deadline I had coming up very soon without hesitation they got to work making a replacement and had it out to me in just a couple weeks. Thanks to their since of urgency I can stick to my original proposal plan. They kept contact and responded to every question I had and the ring is perfect! That being said ill do my best to never use UPS again, they were an opposite experience

Ordered an engagement set with some specific changes to the order. Got exactly what I ordered and got updates about the ring. They worked to get me my order by a specific date and everything went great. Would recommend.
