I’d like to start off by saying the 1 star reviewer is someone who’s upset they didn’t pick a different ring and want to try and shame an amazing company. Jimmy was nothing but grateful, supportive and the definition of under promise over deliver. My first ring I ordered was unfortunately stolen by some scum of the earth loser. This took me for an absolute disaster of a spiral mentally as I’ll be proposing to my girlfriend in a week. Even after I contacted Jimmy with such an unbelievable occurrence, he never wavered in making sure I was set for the big day. He immediately had me setup a new order which was well discounted as I dropped around 2K on my first ring. Luck behold!!! The law enforcement in my town caught this trash human being after breaking into 2 more vehicles in my city and locked his sorry self up. My ring/box was among the stolen items and I went to identify it and pick it up. Spick and span, still the gorgeous engagement ring I first ordered. I really want to give kudos because even if that miracle didn’t happen. Jimmy and his team had finished my new ring today and were about to ship it out. What an insane turn around time, customer service and overall respect as a human being. Leave your sorry reviews somewhere else Karen, because this team and company is not the one you’re talking about. I’ll be happily proposing because of them.

I worked with Jimmy throughout the entire process. He was very transparent and forthcoming about every step of the way. It was really very apparent during the process of ordering the engagement ring how much Jimmy wanted to ensure we got what we wanted. I admit I was not the easiest client either but he never faltered and was consistent in making sure my demands were met. He was and is professional, friendly and determined to make sure you get what you want. When I got the engagement ring, it was better than I had expected!

I love the care and attentiveness to my order. I ordered earrings for my mom, sister in law and myself last minute for Mother's Day and received a follow up right away. The earrings are so beautiful and they are also engraved. The website was very easy to use in ordering the earrings but I was also given the option to speak with someone. Thank you for my beautiful earrings.

After placing an order, they reached out and asked specifics to make sure they I got exactly what I needed, in this case a ring that stacks well with another ring. Smooth purchase and reasonable delivery timing. Not much more to say—no complaints whatsoever. Thanks!

I ordered an engagement ring 3pc stack from StarlandUs and it has blown past my expectations! The ring is absolutely stunning! I paid for the rush order and they had my ring to me within 3 weeks! Perfect custom ring! I was looking for a custom Secret Garden Ring with Moissanite (Pear shape) and 18K White Gold. It came out absolutely perfect! Could not be happier with the experience. CAD was sent over to review and the custom ring came in about 4 weeks from start to finish. Thanks again!
