Don't honor their delivery promises and takes ages to reply to inquires. When they do they give premeditated generic answers. After sales satisfaction moneyback guarantee and warranty is a joke compared to its rivals within the same price range which was a risk worth taking case they kept their delivery promises and honor their website posted info.
