Extremely disappointing experience with Stamp the Passport and Mrs. Priyadarshini Menon. We applied 1.5 months in advance for visas to attend my younger brother’s graduation ceremony, yet negligence cut our 14-day trip down to 7 days. Zero post-biometric application tracking was done, and we had to inform Mrs. Menon that the embassy was closed, rather than receiving updates from her. To make matters worse, when we called in distress over delays, she admitted she is actually an accountant, not a visa agent. Passing off unqualified staff to manage critical visa deadlines is completely unethical. Avoid this agency if you have important travel plans.

I paid this company for an "Express" E-Visa to Dubai 5 days before my flight. Express visas taken no longer than 36 hours to arrive. However, to make a few thousand rupees, they applied under "Normal" category. As a result the visa didn't come on time, and I had to cancel my return flights and hotel stays, which cost me lakhs of rupees in damages. They lied to me throughout the process saying my visa is stuck at security. They couldn't provide documented proof at any stage. I was cheated and defrauded by them, inconvenience caused was immense. Hope someone can take action against these poeople
