Stampli Q4 Update is Garbage
My company has been using Stampli since 2019, and it's been pretty great all this time. In Q4 of 2024 Stampli made a lot of changes to their platform and not a single one of them for the better, but for the worse!! 1. The AI no longer works when you go into Add/Edit Line Items, so you have to type everything in manually with nothing prefilled or suggested. 2. While in the Add/Edit Line Items area, you can no longer tab to the next column, but now have to press enter. 3. It doesn't want to accept amounts when you type them in, you have to type the amount, press enter to go to the next column, then go back and retype the amount for it to accept it. It takes at least twice as long as it did before to get the same amount of work done. There are other issues too, but since it takes twice as long to do the same amount of work, I have to get back to it, and you get the gist of this review!
