Company does not have any customer service…ordered two bras advertised on Facebook…waited three weeks for them to arrive..I ordered the size according to their chart…too big….they told me to give them away!!!!! No correspondence after that!!! FB should have some way of screening these scammers…almost $50 down the drain…

I ordered a bra that was theoretically 50% off. Also, the item description was for good support without wires. There’s absolutely no support and I am small busted. I didn’t get the 50% off. And it would cost more to return it to China then the $27 cost which included $10 in shipping. Do not buy from this company.

The product is CRAP!! Poor quality, doesn't fit, no ability to return ("too expensive" according to their return email,) shipping cost to receive it was $22-it was shipped from Spain and took over 2 weeks to arrive. Everything about this was a very BAD experience. They offered me $3 to keep them, but I doubt that I would ever receive anything in return. Everything others have said in previous reviews are verbatim what was said in my email replies from this fraudulent company! I hope no one else is duped by them!! It was an expensive $56 lesson!

The bras are not true to size and I requested an exchange for a larger size. My response was..."But as our warehouse checked, the product they sent to you is correct according to your order. So sorry for the inconvenience that they do not fit you. Will it be possible to give them to others? They are superior in quality and reasonable in price, and also have been in top-seller in our store for many years. Second response after sending them a copy of their return policy....I'm sorry, but I've checked with the warehouse several times. All the replies are that the goods sent to you are correct. Therefore, I have no right to resend or refund you. The only thing I can do is to compensate you as much as I can. You have every reason to be upset and I apologize for what has happened. Can I offer you a compensation of $6? I hope you can accept it. Wish you all the best Simply ridiculous!!

The items I ordered were NOT true to size, and were very small. I have sent over 10 emails trying to exchange for a larger size and they only respond telling me how expensive it is to return something. That should be my decision! They will not provide a return address or allow me to exchange the items.

DO NOT BUY THIS BRA! The one I received was previously worn. Was stretched out thrown in an old gray plastic bag. UNCOVERED - OBVIOUSLY USED. TOTALLY UNHYGIENIC. The company will NOT REFUND YOUR MINEY. THE 69-yo grandma must have had boobs down to her knees. Because that’s where yours will be with this “bra”.
